The Building Committee is formed by the President to perform tasks related to the construction and management of new facilities.
The Building Committee consists of no less than five (5) WRGC members in good standing as appointed by the President or his designee.
The Building Committee reports to the Board of Directors.
The Building Committee must present a monthly verbal report to the Membership.
If WRGC funds are involved, the Building Committee must submit proper accounting
for there use within accepted guidelines of the WRGC.
The Building Committee shall serve until such time as its construction and management tasks are completed and the facilities are acceptable by the Board of Trustees at which time the Building Committee
may be dissolved by the President.
