Rules:

The By-Law Committee is a Standing Committee.

The By-Law Committee shall consist of no more
than three Regular or Life Members of the Corporation.

The members of the By-Law Committee shall be appointed by the Board of Directors.

The By-Law Committee shall report to the Board of Directors.
Charter:
The By-Law Committee performs three functions for the
Corporation - Interpretation, Review
and Modification.

By-Law Interpretation
The By-Law Committee shall assist the membership by responding to
questions pertaining to the current, in-effect By-Laws and shall, when
requested, assist the President or current Chair in the interpretation
of said By-Laws during meetings.

By-Law Review
The By-Law Committee shall perform a yearly review of the By-Laws of
the Corporation.

By-Law Modification
At the request of the Membership, the Board of Directors or its yearly
review, the By-Law Committee shall prepare proposed modification(s) to
the current, in-effect By-Laws. All such proposed By-Law
modification(s) shall be presented to the General Membership for
approval as governed by Article XI.
